Article 1 Purpose and Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the information collected by AnotherBall Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) from individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who use the Company’s application and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “App”), and how such information is handled.

Article 2 Types of Personal Information Collected and Sources

1. Information Provided by Users

(1) Registration and Profile Information

• Login information for external accounts, such as Google or Apple accounts and social media accounts
• Date of birth, location at country level, user name, user ID, self-introduction, profile photo, and other information

(2) Payment Information

• Payment-card information and other payment-related information received by third-party service providers responsible for the Company’s payment processing in connection with purchases of in-App items and other payments

(3) Information Relating to Survey Participation and Similar Matters

• Name, user name, user ID, display name of external accounts, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, survey responses, voice recordings, images, live-stream videos, and other information provided by the User

(4) Information Relating to Inquiries, Customer Support, and Other Communications

• Name, e-mail address, content of messages or attachments, and other information provided by the User

1. If the requested information is not provided, and such information is necessary for the provision of the App or is required to be collected under laws or regulations, the User may be unable to use the App.
2. Information Automatically Collected When Using the App

(1) Information Relating to Interactions with the App

• Live-stream videos and other content viewed
• Viewing time of live-stream videos
• Support actions toward live streamers
• Likes, comments, and Gifts used while viewing live streams
