Article 1  Purpose and Scope of Application

1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) sets forth the information collected by AnotherBall Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) from individuals who use the Company’s application and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “App”) (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and how such information is handled.
2. This Policy is prepared in Japanese, which shall be the official text. Any translation of this Policy into another language is provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between the Japanese version and any translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 2  Types and Sources of Personal Information Collected

1. Information provided by Users

   （1） Registration and profile information

   • Login information for external accounts, such as Google or Apple accounts, social media accounts, and similar accounts
   • Date of birth, location at country level, username, user ID, self-introduction, profile photo, and other information

   （2） Payment information

   • Payment card information and other payment-related information received by third-party service providers responsible for processing payments on behalf of the Company in connection with purchases of in-app items and other payments

   （3） Information relating to participation in surveys and similar matters

   • Name, username, user ID, display name of external account, date of birth, email address, telephone number, survey responses, voice recordings, images, live-streaming videos, and other information provided by Users

   （4） Information relating to inquiries, customer support, and other communications

   • Name, email address, content of messages or attached files, and other information provided by Users

2. If requested information is not provided, Users may be unable to use the App where such information is necessary for the provision of the App or where collection of such information is required by laws or regulations.

3. Information automatically collected in connection with use of the App

   （1） Information relating to interactions with the App

   • Live-streaming videos and other content viewed
   • Viewing time of live-streaming videos
   • Support actions for live streamers
   • “Likes,” comments, and gifts used while viewing live streaming
   • Information relating to follows and followers
   • In-app purchase information, such as purchase date, time, and amount
   • Records of inquiries to customer support
   • Crash logs
   • Pages requested or searched
   • Pages and profiles visited
   • Usage history of chance-based item provision methods
   • Other information relating to interactions with the App

   （2） Information relating to live streaming

   • Live-streaming videos
   • Live-streaming audio and data related thereto
   • Date, time, and duration of use of the App
   • Rank and rank history
   • Number of comments and likes received
   • Number of viewers who sent comments, gifts, and likes
   • Number of views of live-streaming videos
   • Information relating to facial and body movements, expressions, and other avatar movements
   • Information relating to the appearance, editing, and settings of avatars, including the face type, contour, eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, ears, and other facial parts selected or set by Users, as well as the type, position, size, and other attributes of such parts
   • Other information relating to live streaming

   （3） Device and software information

   The following and other information relating to the device and software used to download or access the App:

   • User ID
   • Unique device identifier
   • Device model
   • Locale
   • App version
   • Carrier name
   • Language and region settings
   • Operating system name and version
   • Mobile network code
   • IP address
   • Web browser type
   • Time zone
   • Advertising identifiers, such as IDFA, GAID, UUID, Android ID, IDFV, and mobile advertising ID
   • Firebase installation token
   • Analytics app instance ID
   • VoIP permission status
   • Other device and software information

   （4） Information obtained from Cookies and similar technologies

   The Company and third-party partners collect information using Cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies. Third-party partners, such as analytics partners, may use these technologies to collect information regarding Users’ online activities over time and activities across different services.

   A Cookie is a small text file containing an alphanumeric string, and the Company may use session Cookies and persistent Cookies. Session Cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent Cookies remain after the browser is closed and may be used by the browser during subsequent visits to the App.

   The Company also collects and uses the information set forth in item (3) above.

4. Information received from third parties

   （1） External services

   When the App is linked with an external account, the Company receives the following information from such third party:

   • User ID
   • Display name
   • Profile information
   • Photo
   • Other information relating to the User

   The Company may also receive additional information relating to Users from third parties, such as analytics providers and marketing partners, and combine such information with other information held by the Company.

   （2） Other Users

   The Company may use information obtained through the App, including audio and data related thereto, for the purposes set forth in the following items.

   • Inquiries to customer support
   • Provision of information by live streamers viewed by Users

Article 3  Purposes of Use of Collected Information

The Company may use the collected information for the purposes set forth in the following items or provide such information to third parties in accordance with laws and regulations.

1. Provision of the App
2. Investigation and analysis of usage status of the App
3. Conducting marketing research and surveys
4. Personalization of the User experience on the App, such as displaying customized content
5. Verification and maintenance of the quality or safety of the App
6. Improvement, upgrading, or enhancement of the App, including internal research for technological development and demonstration
7. Processing purchases of App-specific coins and other payments
8. Recording sales amounts
9. Other accounting-related operations
10. Marketing, promotion, and advertising of the App and other products and services provided by the Company
